I may reduce prices if the character design given to me is very very simple (meaning very little, if any markings/color combos). Vice versa, they may increase if the character is extremely complex.

I only accept USD via Paypal Invoice.

Extra characters is +%100 (same price).

Please give clear digital sheets for referencing, such as poses, outfits, palette colors, etc.

Artistic freedom is appreciated, but i prefer being given a general idea of what your character is like + what you're looking for, so i can capture their design/personality as best as i can ♥.

I'll not begin a commission until after it has been paid for, and i don't refund for any reason besides the inability, decided by me, to complete that commission. In event of such, you will be fully refunded.

Upon the payment is done i'll give you a number in MY TRELLO QUEUE. When i reach your number, i'll send you a message.

I always send wips when i'm in the process of your commission. After the lineart is finished any modificación will be extra charge.

Please be patient. The approx. time range that i complete a commission usually 1-2 weeks, but can be up to +3 months.

All the commissions i finish are uploaded to my social networks with a big watermark, if you don't want it to be published, let me know in advance.

Use the commissioned piece for non-commercial, personal use unless agreed otherwise.

Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

Use the artwork to promote themselves. Please include a mention or credit of me when posting. It’s very appreciated.

Use the artwork on their YouTube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for earnings. Credits or mention in the description is not required but highly appreciated.

I reserve rights to the artwork, the commissioner maintains right to the character.

DON'T claim, copy, trace, heavily reference, or redistribute my work as your own work.

DON'T use or affiliate my art and designs with non-fungible tokens (NFTS), cryptocurrency transactions, and similar variants. Same with IAs.

DON'T REMOVE MY WATERMARK. It must remain present in my art.

The commissioner cannot edit, alter, or otherwise change my artwork without my explicit permission (cropping for an icon or banner is acceptable)

Once purchased you may give your adoptable/custom a new name, gender/sex, species, bio, personality, art, etc. they're yours :)

Edits of the design is always allowed! this can be minor or major, just please remember to credit me as the original creator. And don't delete the original design made by me.

I hold copyright over the original artwork; Please DON'T edit any of my art.

If you want to draw/buy porn, gore, or nsfw, etc. of your character, i don't mind. Go ahead. Just, don't make them underage.

Reselling the design is okay. However, don't resell it above the amount you paid unless it has extra art added onto it.

The value of the design will NOT increase by requests or gift art.

Must have a Toyhouse so i can transfer the design or a webpage must be provided so i can keep track of it.

As a one-off design, you cannot make similar characters, create or add/turn them to new/old closed or open species. Since the design and concept is still of my intellectual property, i may make more based on the character.

Please DON'T sell designs that have been gifted to you for monetary value. Any design you receive like that has no value, unless extra art/products was added to it. Swapping characters and gifting is acceptable.

DON'T give yourself ''Designer'' credits just for having redesigned my design, even if it has been redesigned a thousand times, the credits of creation/designer will only belong to me, anyone who ignores this will be added to my BLACKLIST.

All redesigns or variations created for the character must remain with the character. Don't even think about making separate profiles to sell separate versions of it. If I realize that you did this I will add you directly to my permanent blacklist.

Completely PROHIBITED to heavily get inspired by my designs. You CAN'T make same characters as my designs or using them as reference. I will BLACKLIST you.

You can get similar designs but only by commissioning me and only me.

DON'T Give away, sell or trade my adoptables/designs to those on my BLACKLIST.

DON'T set your own rules or terms of service on my designs.

Don't claim/steal/rip-off/copy any design i create.

When you claim an adopt/slot, you must have what you owe at the time to back up your claim unless on a plan.

Payment plans are accepted. Details for the deadline and down payment must be discussed before bidding.

After given the 'ok', payment is expected within 24 hrs. or a given deadline. If not paid, the item will be resold and any sort of downpayment will NOT be refunded.

I don't sell to accounts less than a month or two old at the least, this is to avoid scammers!

Holds are okay, just don't back out or never reply.

I don't do refunds for any reason whatsoever.

In order to use the design as a VTuber you must first pay an extra. After that, you can have total freedom to create as many models as you want.

In case you don't do the above, I will add you to my blacklist and permanently ban you from any future designs or art of mine.

Once the use of VTubing is purchased, this value will be permanently added to the character's base value for life.

If the character is resold, traded or given away, the permission will transfer to the new owner as well.

Buying the use of VTubing does not mean that commercial use is included.

NOTE: You can still send me a DM asking for permission. If you do not use the model commercially, I may give you permission for free, but only for your own use, this permission will not be transferred to the next owner if you resell the design.

in a way where you directly and constantly get money from it. Example of that would be printing my drawing on t-shirts and selling them. Yet again, if you draw the design yourself or have someone else draw it in their style, then go ahead and merchandise, that design is yours, just please do not use my actual art like this without asking me. Monetizing art you buy/get from me is absolutely fine, this is just about my drawn adopts!
